There has been an ongoing debate as
to whether Florian Cramer
is a theist or are
the theist. What is certain is that they do not
wear Orange under any
circumstances. This dates from the time when either the
original Florian Cramer or simply
a Florian Cramer fled from the Orange reaction following the
Batavian Revolution, when
everyone was forced to wear the Orange colours in the street. The
opposition put up some resistance, arranging their cocakades into a
'V' for vrijheid, Dutch for Freedom. This V sign was
subsequently used by the British as V for victory during the Second
World War.
